HHS IAAI is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting federal agency piloting, testing and implementation of advanced technologies. The IAAI contract vehicle solutions will provide PSC the opportunity of doing everything from reducing backlog and cutting costs to performing functions such as predicting fraudulent transactions and identifying critical suspects via facial recognition and transform how the public sector gets work done.
This IDIQ allows PSC to order for HHS, or on behalf of other agencies, to quickly develop, procure and adopt innovative technical solutions across the full spectrum of technology types: Disruptive, Breakthrough, Incremental and Sustaining.

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.
An “Other Transaction Agreement” or “Other Transaction Authority” (OTA) is a streamlined vehicle that brings innovative research findings and state-of-the-art prototypes from industry to the Federal Government. Congress created the first OTA as a contractual tool for NASA to acquire and apply breakthrough technologies at the advent of the Space Race. Today, OTAs enable fast acquisition of critically needed technologies in areas as diverse as armaments, satellites, medical devices, and electromagnetic spectrum technologies.
